For us at Designate, it’s a really personal thing. And it goes right back to our origins over thirty years ago.
Designate was founded in Brighton to give people in Brighton the opportunity to work in a global creative business. You wouldn’t have to go to London to play that game. You could do it right here, right now. It was the nineties, after all.
What mattered was not who you knew or what qualifications you had, but who you were. What kind of personality you had, what kind of brain you had. How you thought. What you brought to the party.
The creative opportunity was there for you. To be you, to do what you wanted to, to be a success. To make Designate a success.
And creative opportunity is still right at the heart of Designate's mission. We passionately believe in the power of creativity to make a difference in this world. And we believe that it comes from our people. From their own differences, from their views and perspectives, from the sparks that fly when our rough edges meet.
