We were given a big brief. Come up with an idea that could work right across the company to demonstrate their unique approach to customer service and product development. One that’s rooted in LV=’s empathy and understanding of their customers, and that truy demonstrates that they have their best interests at heart.
For us it was about finding a way to bring the LV= difference alive and dramatise the kind of thinking that makes them different.
It’s simple things like LV= believing it’s better to get you back on the road and by quickly paying out on 98% of car insurance claims, or giving you your own personal claims handler to make the process as simple as possible with any home insurance claim.
They are the highest rated insurer in the prestigious UKCSI customer service survey.
