The Brief

P&O Ferries has a genuine position of difference, combining real value and a great onboard experience. As the brand leader in this sector, they’ve been raising the bar for years.

With two new ships launching that had outstanding onboard services, travel was becoming more of an experience again. P&O Ferries were giving people more, but at the same great value price.

This was the launch pad for our campaign.

 

The Strategy

We came up with the campaign line ‘Expect More’, a clarion call for people to demand more than just a simple A-B sailing. A call that only P&O Ferries could answer with their new ships.

A fully integrated campaign rolled out both online and offline, led by a TV ad featuring new ship Spirit of Britain, a vintage style voiceover and music by Benjamin Britten. Online, customers saw banners, Facebook promotions and social campaigns too.
