Their starting point was asking us to produce a brand film. After assessing their requirements we took a wider view of their market and identified the areas in which the brand could be amplified further.
Our first task was to get under the skin of Jayne Peirce. We discovered that their unique attribute is their people – not just recruiters but experienced travel people, who’ve worked in the industry, have the contacts and know the jobs.
So we focused on the personality and professional approach of their team, which unearthed a compelling people-based proposition: Promises.
We relooked at the brand and moved it from Jayne Peirce Recruitment Solutions to Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment. A more direct name reflected the personality of the company – people-led, travel focused and straightforward.
Their website was redesigned and rebuilt – their whole online presence refreshed.
