The results

Within the first few years, we took LV= from ninth to second in the UK for car insurance. Sales rose 696% and LV= has since become one of Britain's best loved brands.

We were acknowledged with an IPA Effectiveness Award for our transformative effect. Our work with LV= has quite literally become a textbook approach which is now taught in universities.
